OMG fruit is fine! I never imagined my job as a dietitian would include explaining why fruit isn’t poison. Fruit isn’t just sugar ffs. It’s mostly water & nutrients like fibre, vitamins, & minerals! Each 10g of fibre in your diet lowers your risk of colorectal cancer by 10%.
