@ShiprocketCare This screenshot clearly shows this is about a NetBanking transaction. And it's not being charged by the bank.

Hi @ShiprocketCare why this extra charge for a recharge of 20,000. Is it legal to charge convenience fees on NetBanking transactions when the bank itself is not charging it. Can you clarify why this is suddenly being done (and only by you guys and no other logistics company)

Incredible that this was caught on film, yet there’s barely any coverage in Western media and the coverage that does exist doesn’t name ISRAEL.

Quick imperial update: • Israel bombed oil refineries, causing black rain that burns skin & lungs to cover Iran’s capital • Trump & Israel bombed fresh water supplies in Iran • Trump justified this by calling Iranians “among the most evil people on earth” • Hegseth mocked “Iranians that think they’re gonna live” • Trump said Iran’s map won’t be the same after the war • Israel massacred several hundred people in Lebanon, including 83 children

🦔 Meta contractors in Kenya told Swedish newspapers they're being asked to review intimate footage from Ray-Ban AI glasses, including people undressing, using the bathroom, watching porn, and filming sex. One contractor said users often don't realize they're still recording when they set the glasses down. Meta sold 7 million pairs in 2025, up from 2 million in 2023-2024 combined. Users can't use the AI features without agreeing to share data with Meta's servers, and the terms of service bury the fact that humans may manually review your footage. One annotator said "if they knew about the extent of the data collection, no one would dare to use the glasses." My Take This is the Google Home story again but worse. At least with cameras in your house, you know where they are. These are glasses you wear on your face that keep recording when you take them off and set them on your nightstand. And the footage goes to contractors overseas who are paid to watch and label it for AI training. One worker described seeing a man leave the room, then his wife come in and change clothes. People forget the camera is still on. Meta buries all of this in terms of service nobody reads. The product is marketed as a cool way to capture your life and interact with AI. The reality is strangers in Kenya watching you undress so they can annotate the footage to make Zuckerberg's AI better. Seven million people bought these last year. I'd bet almost none of them understood what they were actually agreeing to. Hedgie🤗

The party that built its entire political career on “Gau Mata” is quietly running a beef export empire out of Nagpur. Nikhil Gadkari’s company Cian Agro went from ₹18 Cr to ₹523 Cr revenue; right after daddy’s ethanol policy dropped. Rembal Agro, buried inside the same family business web, exports beef internationally. BJP screams “cow slaughter ban” in every election rally. Their own minister’s family profits from the global beef trade. Gadkari once said: “I have not taken a single penny.” The Caravan just showed us exactly what the family has taken. This isn’t hypocrisy. This is the business model.
The Caravan@thecaravanindia

At the middle of the Gadkari family's sprawling agro-business empire is a beef company that has quietly risen to international prominence. Read the entire report by Kaushal Shroff on the beef company enmeshed in Gadkari’s business empire: caravanmagazine.in/business/nikhi…

Same for India. The past-obesessed, 'bring back sanskriti' men want all centuries-old regressive customs back except for the one where they were required to remove themselves from society, depart for 'vanaprastha' at 60 and die reflecting alone in spirituality in a forest.
John Sutherland@policecommander

Ok @IndianExpress. Many people have messaged me willing to take his gym membership. Also a friend who is in touch with him said he is uncomfortable just taking money. So here is the deal. People will take membership. For each paid membership, he can enrol one local person to use his gym for free. He will get more than 150 members in his gym present. We will literally be sponsoring the persons so it won’t hurt his pride. In return, he can train them physically and also teach them to stand up for what is right. Make this happen
Joy@Joydas

Ok @IndianExpress. You did a good story. Now do the next part. Deepak Kumar did a brave thing. He is losing his income because of that. He had 150 Members, now it’s 15. Get details from him and ask him to open online membership. By the end of the week, he will have 150 Members from all over India. Even if they don’t step in to the gym physically. We can’t let a good man lose. You can run this as an Indian Express Impact story and win your awards.

Lionel Messi is one of those rare athletes whose story transcends sport. His journey from a child fighting physical odds to a footballer who redefined excellence has moved millions across the world. As someone who has lived the life of an athlete, I hold profound respect and admiration for what he represents perseverance humility and an uncompromising pursuit of greatness. Yet as his recent visit to India unfolded parts of it felt chaotic and left me quietly uneasy. It compelled me to pause and reflect not in judgment but in genuine concern about what we were really trying to achieve. I fully understand the economics of sport. I understand commercial realities global branding and the magnetism of icons. I do not fault Messi in any way. He has earned every opportunity that comes his way and admiration for greatness is natural even beautiful. But admiration must also invite introspection. As a society are we building a culture of sport or are we simply celebrating individuals from afar. Millions were spent for moments of proximity photographs and fleeting access to a legend. And yes it is people’s money earned honestly and theirs to spend as they choose. Still I can’t help but feel a quiet sadness wondering what might have been possible if even a fraction of that energy and investment had been directed toward the foundations of sport in our country. Playgrounds where children can run freely. Coaches who can guide young talent. Grassroots programmes that give opportunity to those who may never otherwise be seen. Spaces where sport is not a spectacle but a daily habit a teacher and a source of dignity. Great sporting nations are not built by moments they are built by systems. By patience. By belief in the ordinary child with an extraordinary dream. Icons like Messi inspire us and that inspiration matters deeply. But inspiration must be met with intent. With long term commitment. With choices that reflect not just what excites us today but what will strengthen us tomorrow. If we truly wish to honour legends like Messi the most meaningful way to do so is not through grand gestures but by ensuring that somewhere in India a young child has a field to play on a coach to believe in them and a chance to dream. That is how sporting cultures are born. And that is how legacies endure.

Anyone with basic brains can figure out what Indigo did was very intentional. This was not sudden disruption, this was almost a planned strike to strongarm the government into giving it what it wants. What people went through doesn't matter to them, it's just collateral damage. And the fact that govt let this happen is on them. The fact that we essentially have monopolistic/duopolistic situations in so many major sectors is on this Government. But what to do, let's look for ways to blame RaGa on this too.

"If the AQI in Mumbai remains above 200 for three consecutive days, all construction work will be halted, and if the AQI in the suburbs exceeds 300 for three consecutive days, the same rule will apply." What sense does this make? Maximum construction is happening in the suburbs!
