From capstone project to presenting to the leadership team at Orange Health Labs. Here's how this team did it ⭐️ A daunting challenge 🏔️ This GrowthX capstone team was tasked with a daunting challenge. Take @OrangeHealth_'s revenue from ₹40CR to ₹100CR in 12 months. A structured approach 🧠 The team consisting of product, marketing, strategy & business leaders put spent the next three weeks building immense depth about OrangeHealth's product, user & market insights. An elegant execution 💎 The result? A supremely in-depth document that solved the ₹100CR problem and was applicable for the product team to execute from the next Monday morning. Whenever I chat with friends living outside India, I can't help but acknowledge the convenience of life we have here. Mentioned to one of them that I got blood samples collected from home with reports arriving in a few hours, and the entire concept was unimaginable to her.
