Carnivore doesn’t work without fat.
Not because fat is “extra calories.”
Because fat is the signal that tells your body it’s safe to burn stored energy.
When I first started, I made the same mistake most people make.
I ate lean meat and waited for weight loss to happen.
Instead, I was tired, hungry all the time, and frustrated.
Everything changed when I stopped being afraid of fat and started eating enough of it.
That’s when my blood sugar stabilized.
That’s when my hunger calmed down.
That’s when my body finally started letting go of weight.
Fat isn’t optional on carnivore.
It’s the mechanism that makes fat adaption possible.👑

It's amazing how close we can feel to certain animals. Even the Bible talks about it (II Kings 12:1-7 --- or II Samuel 12:1-7 in Bibles using the Masoretic numbering).

@FishEaters I prayed for Bugsy to come home. My kitty-boy did that to me and he did return. He was found and led back home to me. May this happen for Bugsy. I miss my kitty-boy. I had to give him away when I became too ill to care for him. He ended up with a great family but I miss him.😔

So this happened yesterday. While I was anxious as I waited, never once did I doubt that God was in control.
Y'all meet my beautiful new great granddaughter, McKenna Taylor, coming into the world a bit early weighing in at 4.4 lbs. Momma and baby are doing great. God is good.
