How else to fairly represent minorities, whether they be liberals in conservative districts, conservatives in liberal districts, ethnic/religious minorities, etc.? #ProportionalRepresentation gives everyone fair representation no matter HOW you draw the district lines.

Gerrymandering means converting a few 90% wins into a lot of 60% wins, because they are the same under winner-take-all. #ProportionalRepresentation means 60% wins fewer seats than 90%. You do the math.

Fun fact, we can keep our presidential system of checks and balances and still use #ProportionalRepresentation. No need for a parliamentary system with a governing coalition (nor the amendment that would require).
