@PronouncedHare There was no "Māori" if you bothered to read some history. Māori didn't label themselves as such because they saw their tribes as separate groups. It was other cultures that viewed the tribes as one people and the word Māori surfaced as a means of them describing "those people".

@Bluebird262626 Tinetti was Education Minister Feb 1st 2023 – Nov 27th a role Hipkins had filled 2017 - 2023. Tinetti's incompetence is more visible as Minister of Internal Affairs (incl FENZ) and as one of the 7 Ministers responsible for appointing Tony Blakely as Chair of PR Royal Commission.

Unbelievable - Chris Hipkins told Breakfast TV that his big idea to improve safety in Auckland is pruning trees. While the Govt is putting more Police on the beat, banning gang patches, introducing tougher sentences, Labour thinks pruning trees is the big fix to improve safety.
