March 16 has become a pretty legendary date around here ! On this day in 1999 , I got my first call to photograph Bob Dylan . Later that same afternoon , the phone rang again and I got my first offer to photograph Bruce Springsteen . Come on !! Fast forward a couple years and I received a call to photograph Tom Petty , and my Johnny Cash Solitary Man Album Cover as well as Willie Nelson’s Milk Cow Blues Cover came out around March 16 . And on a more personal note , today also marks 59 years since Maria’s parents immigrated to the United States from Cuba — something worth celebrating all on its own ! Alderley Edge School for Girls in my constituency has announced its closure blaming increased costs - fundamentally Labour’s VAT on school fees.
