We agree @JeffDean. Mass surveillance violating the 4th Amendment, the N’tl Security Act etc is illegal which is why the @DeptofWar would never do it. We also won’t have any BigTech company decide Americans’ civil liberties.

Agreed. Mass surveillance violates the Fourth Amendment and has a chilling effect on freedom of expression. Surveillance systems are prone to misuse for political or discriminatory purposes.
