@sudarshans @airindia @airindia We too are waiting here with no response from the ground staff and of course no AI staff in sight.. Just when we think TATA got this right, wake up Air India.

@airindia there are about 100 passengers waiting at the San Francisco airport waiting for baggage for around 2 hours. We were on AI 175 from Bangalore. There is no one in charge & airport staff are not able to explain the wait . Seniors & kids have been waiting. Shame on AI
