But the court and bar association wanted to do a trial run of the training and they knew to turn to Albany Law School. Students worked through an abbreviated trial and had plenty of opportunity to get real-time, hands-on constructive feedback on their litigation skills

A group of students recently had an opportunity to help the federal courts with an upcoming training program for federal litigators. albanylaw.edu/.../students-g…...

Through the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York and the Federal Court Bar Association will soon offer free training to attorneys in exchange for their assistance on Section 1983 cases.
