I’m not ready to talk about all of it yet, but recently my old pal depression made a screaming comeback, & long story short – I had a breakdown. Dissociation. Hallucinations. Howling at myself in public. Collapsing on the street unable to get home again without help. It was bad.

@Emma_Cole1 I’m not sure if it’s helpful to hear advice, but honestly if she’s not engaging and it’s becoming a battle I just wouldn’t do it for a while. Explain to the teacher that it’s becoming a fight and an unpleasant thing and you’ll take a break and try again in a bit. Sympathy to you.
