Well, I have some news to share. 😊 Very grateful and honoured to my institution and Department for recognizing my contributions through this promotion. It really means a lot. Incredibly thankful and grateful to everyone who has contributed to this journey- my mentors, teachers, students, mentees, colleagues, friends, and patients spanning 4 different countries. Also the funders of my research (OICR, MOHCCN) and organizations like WHO/ASCO/ESMO who opened up doors for me. But most of all, to my family, whose love and sacrifices are the reason I am here today.

Advanced Prostate Cancer Consensus Conference@APCCC_Lugano

Assessment of the ability of Decipher Prostate Genomic Classifier (DGC) >0.85 to identify patients who benefit from adding docetaxel (DOC) to androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) plus enzalutamide (ENZ): Level 1B evidence from the ENZAMET study. #ASCO25 Abstract asco.org/abstracts-pres… This ENZAMET biomarker 🎯analysis evaluated whether Decipher Genomic Classifier (DGC) scores predict benefit from adding docetaxel💊 (DOC) to androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) plus enzalutamide (ENZ) in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. Among 634 patients, high DGC scores (>0.85) were associated with worse overall survival on ADT plus ENZ alone, but this adverse prognosis was negated by adding DOC. Findings suggest DGC may identify patients most likely to benefit from triplet therapy, particularly in high-volume disease. @ChrisSweens1 @ChrisSweens1 @MartinStockler @anis_a_hamid @AzadOncology @Davicioni @AttardLab @Prof_IanD @OncoAlert 🚨 @Silke_Gillessen @AOmlin @weoncologists

Finalizing my PROTEUS Discussant talk for #ASCO26 Plenary. Biggest trial of surgery for prostate cancer, so much data, so many fascinating angles to consider. Will be big moment for Rx of high-risk prostate cancer. Look forward to Dr Taplin reading it out @DanaFarber_GU @gu_onc

@ASCO Thanks. This happens pretty much every year though, and it’s usually waiting for me when I return to work after the meeting. I could understand it happening once but this is clearly a systemic issue.

Hi @ASCO - is it likely I will get my #ASCO26 badge in the mail before next Tuesday? Why doesn’t it get sent earlier, especially for international delegates?
