Hopefully, Gemini Omni Pro next month will not just have SOTA video generation and editing but also a 20 second option and hopefully SOTA image. I do believe Gemini Omni Flash can do images, but the quality is lower than Nano banana Pro/Nano banana V2, which is why it was not enabled.

@SaiNemani1 i can say being a non-coder professional, Gemini 3.5 flash & the subsequent pro model is probably, the most wonderful thing that may have happened with me. the model's response with ASCI diagrams for every query is an absolute love. great for my PROPOSAL RFP work.

One thing I genuinely love about Gemini 3.5 Flash is, in the app, it now really knows how and what to navigate through. It pulls the most relevant information like connecting to Google Drive, and right information with memory. Previously, it used to pull up something I told it like a year ago, but now, it seems to have changed quite a lot and is very good for normal chatting!

@ai_for_success bro, first of all, pls tag @GeminiApp @GoogleAI for all these. 2nd, yes i agree with you that gemini has been behaving like a teenage girl who just received the first ph of her life with these usage limits. its sporadic. am not even a coder, but strangely facing same issue.

Something feels off since Gemini implemented these usage based limits. I’ve never hit a Gemini rate limit before, and I’m a heavy user who uses it daily. I use Gemini Live a lot along with image generation and video features. I literally tried editing one image using Nano Banana between 4:45 PM and 5:00 PM. Then around 5:30 PM, I tried the Avatar feature, set up my avatar, gave one prompt, and instantly got hit with a 5 hour usage limit until 10:21 PM. The video generation also failed. Anyone from the Gemini team who wants to work together, I can share all the details because this is unbelievable .

Indian economy has taken a hit due to the US-Israel war against Iran. Many Indians have lost their jobs, homes, and livelihoods. Many more Indians are going to face hardships. But some fools in India are superexcited about the imminent strike and bigger war against Iran. Haven’t seen more self-destructive people in my life.

AI Studio is for developers and defaults to higher thinking levels (in general). The Gemini app is a consumer product with 900 million MAU where we are trying to balance latency, cost, intelligence, etc with an opinionated product experience. The constraints are totally different!

Gemini 3.5 Flash is definitely much better in AI Studio than it is in Gemini app. I don’t know how Google manages it, but Gemini app consistently feels heavily constrained by its system and orchestration layer, to point where it performs noticeably worse than raw model.

@Google Bro, you should not have capped it to 10 seconds. 10 secs means nothing! Just a while ago, I tried to use Omni for illustrative simulation video for my RFP response for a web development. RFP and the production quality was great, but this 10 second cap ruined it.
