@AnthonyLeeZhang Take care of you health. My wife had similar symptoms and she took some counseling related to childhood issues and it helped her a lot. The holistic doctor diagnosis suggested thar she had psychosomatic issues. Check if that’s the issue with you and yes vacations help.

I guess it is actually possible to overwork yourself to the point of physical failure, lol, I think I did not really believe this until this relatively sharp A/B test result. I also hadn't had longer than a 4-5 day vacation for a few years so didn't realize

Random personal thing I've been having weird minor-ish, but annoying health issues last 2 years or so, fatigue, frequently sick, stomach issues, etc. I sleep 8 hrs a day, exercise a few times a week, eat healthy, and the doctor didn't say anything was wrong with me
