@DahliaKurtz Anyone else feeling meh 🫠 that AI showed low Jewish populations but putting ‘em on giant pedistols over New York City? Also… everyone is a black hatter? 🤠 not sure if this is intentional irony, AI bias, or just … sad.

OMG. Jews really do rule the world. Just look at our populations across the world. At this rate, one day we'll even have enough Jews to form a football team...

Tucker and I had a very twisty and frankly confusing discussion about the meaning of Zionism. Now, I have no idea if Tucker was trying to be difficult or we were just talking past each other, but he started out the discussion on Zionism by saying he wanted to ask me in my capacity as a former Baptist minister about the "theology" of Christian Zionism. But, he kept dragging it to discussions about other topics, literally other countries, things that have nothing to do with theology and certainly not with Israel, Zionism, or anything else. So let me just make it really clear. Since Tucker actually seemed more interested in the definition of political Zionism, it's simple: Zionism is the belief that Israel has a right to exist in safety and security. That's it. Pretty simple and straightforward. Lots of Christians who don't have a theological basis for supporting Israel are actually Zionists because they support Israel's right to exist in safety and security. The last two Popes, for example, both came here to Israel, Pope Benedict in May 2009 and Pope Francis in May 2014, and both of them said the exact same words: "Let it be universally recognized that the State of Israel has the right to exist, and to enjoy peace and security within internationally agreed borders." Pope John Paul II, arguably one of the most influential of anyone in the Christian faith and a remarkable man was also a "Christian Zionist." Tucker, I couldn't get you to say you support Israel's right to exist during our interview. But as I told you then and I'll say it again, someone doesn't need to believe it's commanded by the Bible in order to be a Zionist. But if one DOES believe the Bible (and I do) then it's even more compelling. All you need to do is believe that Israel has a right to exist. Why can't you just say that? I asked you multiple times during our interview and not once did you give me a direct answer. You refused to say whether or not Israel has a right to exist. I hope you will state your answer to that simple question soon.

Thrilled to share my new article in the February 2026 CPI Antitrust Chronicle: “Market Power and Governance Power – New Tools for Antitrust Enforcement in the Decentralized Gig Economy.” Traditional tools like the HHI alone can’t handle algorithmic platforms and #DAOs. I propose adding governance metrics (Nakamoto coefficient + Gini) for a true picture of power in the decentralized gig economy. Thanks @CompPolicyInt ! pymnts.com/cpi-posts/mark…

@USCCRgov Panel 4 record shows the unifying evidentiary theme on #CampusAntisemitism: persistent #TitleVI "implementation gaps" that denied Jewish students equal educational access and protection. @Klmarcus @amyspitalnick @ErinBeiner @sikevin99 all identify the same core failure — chronic under-enforcement or misapplication of existing civil rights protections. Why did so many #DEI offices fail to include #Jews? This sort of “exclusive inclusion” is a ridiculous farce that exposes selective enforcement at the heart of the #TitleVI breakdown.

Deeply honored to co-panel on @USCCRgov with four young Jewish women—Tova Kaplan and Sarah Silverman of Harvard University, Adira Fogelman of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and Ellie Sweet of American University. Their direct testimony provided clear firsthand documentation of campus antisemitism incidents, strengthening the evidentiary record and sharpening analysis of #TitleVI compliance.

Former Office of Civil Rights Director Linda Mangel testified at @USCCRgov that #OCR cannot fulfill its mission at current funding levels. But what if the primary bottleneck from protecting #Jews is structural, not financial? When #DEI offices require Jewish students to acknowledge their "white privilege" before offering institutional support, the compliance model itself is failing. Scaling federal funding won't fix a fundamentally flawed apparatus.

Watching Commissioner @JChristianAdams expose @UCLA's "Zionist checkpoints" at @USCCRgov perfectly illustrates the warnings from Panel 1. As @VolokhC testified, the First Amendment does not protect physical obstruction. And as @MarkGoldfeder explained, administrations that tolerate "Jew exclusion zones" aren't protecting #1A speech; they're wrapping illegal and #antisemitic #harassment in a thin veneer of promoting "discourse."

At @USCCRgov, Commissioner @MondaireJones is pressing Craig Trainor on the Dept. of Education’s failure to answer Sept 9, 2025, interrogatories regarding #campus #antisemitism. We didn't get a clear answer. The accusation behind the question seems to be, if federal civil rights agencies stonewall their own oversight commissions, the data needed to empirically evaluate their enforcement is obscured. Top-down mandates fail without institutional transparency.

Former Dept. of Ed. Enforcement Director Linda Mangel posits that scaling up federal #OCR enforcement is the primary metric for defeating campus hate. Analytically, this overlooks a structural bottleneck: federal mandates rely on university "#Equity" offices for implementation. If those local bureaucracies don't see #Jewish inclusion as part of their mandate, no top-down enforcement will resolve the local administrative failure. @USCCR

@MattNosanchuk (former Dept. Educ. official under @JoeBiden) argues we must protect university's #DEI apparatus from federal overreach to support #Jewish students. I disagree. When I asked for a Sabbath accommodation, my university's "Equity" office played a bureaucratic shell game to deny my #CivilRights. The exclusion of Jewish identifies from definition of "inclusion" evidences that #DEI bureaucracies are already broken. @USCCRgov
