@AndThatsBB Same reason Bryson sucks with his wedges. When you have so much speed and power, not getting the right grip / mechanics it's tough to control where it's going

Do you realize that optics matter here? Even if quantum is not as big of a risk as some parties make it out to be, the fact that solutions aren't being discussed publicly will continue to weigh on price. And if BTC cagr continues to remain as shitty as it is now, nobody will want to own it.

You can hold bitcoin and risk that maybe, if several gargantuan quantum engineering problems are solved at scale and at fantastic speed, and you hold your coins in a vulnerable address, and bitcoin fails to upgrade, someone might theoretically be able to run a currently nonexistent machine at enormous operational cost 5-10 years from now to steal your money. Or you could sell your bitcoin for fiat and let the government start stealing your money today.

- @nikitabier AI agent FUD that didn’t even include KellyClaude - Rotating from coin to coin since the next ‘big thing’ like $Conway launched (Well) - Doubts because @frankdegods moved all his funds of Fomo How many meaningless events have to occur before you guys realize that the real gem was lying right in front of your eyes the whole time, while you were searching for quick flips? Don’t make the same mistakes again twin @Austen is building something extraordinary here - an agent able to push out app after app without any human intervention This shit is so obvious and scalable that it might even be too obvious for some of you guys on here - but this time it’s actually the case Don’t let your past PTSD talk you out of it lol $KellyClaude to a B

@TheWhiteWhaleV2 @gh0stee Approvals on EVM don't have this issue either. Unless you're approving a token with actual value to another address that can take it nothing can happen from approving a malicious token. Worst case they'd steal your worthless dust back

@gh0stee Worth clarifying: this attack relies on EVM-style token approvals. SPL tokens on Solana don’t have that execution model, and swapping via Jupiter doesn’t expose users to this vector. I use Jupiter swap and cash in on free money daily on Solana.

WARNING TO ALL TRADERS. Some might know about this, but I can confirm it to be true as I just looked over some malicious code that does it. If you are ever sent tokens from some random ass coin “shit butt coin” for example, never try to sell those token. It might look enticing because you are thinking “FREE MONEY”. But you will loose everything. This code works by utilizing a custom contract that when the user protcs a sell and confirms gains all user level rights to your wallet ie. access to your private keys. Most know not to interact with random websites that ask you to connect your wallet but selling unsolicited random tokens can produce a similar effect. Stay safe.

Nothing about this makes any sense. If you're selling or transferring a token you're making a very specific call to that token or to the dex. Nothing in that call would include access to your wallet or keys. So unless you're saying that the contract then makes some sort of call back to your wallet and gives itself rights to your wallet then the chain is broken and nothing is safe lol

@MiamiMinty @gh0stee Not true at all. Approving a token only approves that token. There’s no code that can be written in a contract that forces access to anything outside that contract. Retard level of understanding here

@gh0stee This is something you have to worry about on Ethereum but not Solana by the way the two blockchains are designed. Key difference, there is no "approve spend" function on Solana, that's an Ethereum function.

Crypto began as the cool place for free thinkers and now you have people judging someone for being trans. Really emblematic of how the space has developed. Feels like we're on Summoners Rift.

The main reason Solana dominated this cycle is because they were light years ahead of Ethereum/ Base in their understanding of culture/ accessibility/ their users, they were willing to take risks others weren’t. But if Base closes the gap, then I’m not sure what’s next.

@0xf3f3 @jessepollak You guys can either engage in good faith and make an argument why a fintech vp openly, initially, and directly facilitating theft is a good thing. People don't want a mini CZ running base. We want a guy with some ethics. If I wanted CZ I would just go to BSC.

Why does it matter that people are speculating on their tokens and losing money? If you don’t want to lose don’t treat a random piece of content like it’s a million dollar shitcoin for the 100th time. If people are still willing to bet on it then they’re getting exactly what they want I just don’t get the issue

The problem with @jessepollak & @brian_armstrong launching content coins on @zora is that their content is not being purchased because it's good content. It is purchased because it is by a person affiliated with Base and/or Zora and the fact that this is the case goes against the point of the platform. Their vision for Zora is that the creator makes a coin and then posts content like any other form of social media but when the content is being speculated on solely because of affiliation, it is a problem. If you view any of @jessepollak or @brian_armstrong content, it is just meaningless and people buy it and lose $/get taxed on it repeatedly. If you have an actual creator making a creator coin and then posting content the content that is honestly fine. That model where it's legit content being speculated on and invested in is very different than what these two are doing currently.

If you’re retarded enough to keep buying these things thinking they’re the next million dollar shitcoin you deserve to lose lol. It’s not a rug when he’s clearly laid out hundreds of times what these things are. You retards keep choosing to try and overvalue them
Grail.eth@graildoteth

"Building on @base" is rapidly becoming "Rugging on base" Seeing the head of base @jessepollak use his account to basically nonstop shill a stream of 'content creator coins' (i.e. low cap rugs) to extract from the market is bearish as fuck. The point being what? By showing you can use your influence to pump and dump newly created tokens and labeling this 'value creation'? I didn't think @coinbase was trying to 'tokenize the world' with rugs renamed as content coins. Sorry, we already have Pumpfun for that. We don't need to build more rugs on base. And I thought things were actually serious over at Base...

@DrProfitCrypto Until the forecasts go up and everyone starts expecting more cuts this year. The news is that rate cuts are priced in and we’re going down after FOMC. Sell it means buy
