@FastOhSoFast I drink at least 1 L a day. Most days 2-3. Sometimes more. God I love milk.

@ProjectImpero I did 2L / day for over a month and got basically leaky gut from it so if you try it just monitor yourself well idk if it happens to everyone and if it's all types of milk, but personally I'm done with milk except the occasional guilty pleasure

@texugodum3l Yeah. Even then, it'd be quite difficult to maintain I think.

@ProjectImpero That will only work if, on that diet, you lose fat and reach a very low body fat percentage before switching back to a more sustainable diet

@ProjectImpero If you read the article it implies they contain very low body fat as they used skin, muscle, and testis as their “fat depots”. And even in this case the change was slow. Who cares about serum lipids anyway. We care about total body stores of pufa

It's not purely fat free but still like only 2.5% of calories from fat and less than 0.5g of PUFA/day.

Close to where I live is a coffee place that a lucid 93-year-old visits several times a day, every single day. She famously orders three orange juices and one or two coffees each time. Total Peaty victory.
