before, when u booked basic fare on @IndiGo6E u were allowed 15kgs checked in luggage. Now it quietly removed it & only 7kgs cabin luggage allowed . Did Govt of India notice? @RamMNK @MoCA_GoI

I genuinely feel Akasa doesn't get enough credit it deserves. Since inception it has managed to be in a lower-cost hybrid zone. The operations are very stable thanks to a much smaller fleet/network. Their staff is super good. Seats and leg room are decent. And in-flight meals are 10x better than all other airlines (paid). I've never had to reach out to their customer support because the website itself functions super smoothly. Zero glitches whatsoever. If Akasa is available in a sector, I choose it over IndiGo or Air India. One very little and irrelevant friction: they operate from BOM T1. But that's not on the airline, about time Adani nukes that terminal and comes up with something worthy of the stature of BOM.

@mumbaiheritage Don't glamorise them so much. They are the ones who do not even accept online payments. The lady owner was known for being rude as if we are asking for favour. Imagine the tax evasion they did. The story is similar in Bhagdadi also. Don't know @IncomeTaxIndia plans about them
