Since Phil did away with the Comcast provided gateway, he uses a Netgear CM1200 with no router attached, he has no QOS or SQM so he deals with massive Bufferbloat.

@PoemJosh His setup won't support the following: No VRR No HDR No 120Hz No ALLM No eARC His capture card a Avermedia GC513 won't support the passthrough options, only 4K60. He would need a VRR and 120Hz to removed the screen tearing but will require a new capture card and Windows 10....
