Sadly, this kind of juvenile personal attack happens to me almost daily from Catholics who want to score points rather than engage the a serious theological discussion.
I posted a picture of myself on X, and @Arma_Christi was kind enough to observe that, at 72, my BMI is not what it was when I served as an infantry officer and Army Ranger.
Fair enough. Age, combat, injury, and time have a way of changing the body.
I served for six years in combat zones and am now 100% disabled because of that service. I can no longer serve as I did in the prime of my life. So today, by the grace of God, I serve Christ and his people as a pastor.
If personal insults are the best response someone can offer to theological disagreement, that says more about the weakness of the argument than it does about me.

This encapsulates a big issue in debates w/RCC. They refuse to acknowledge our actual stance: We’re not upset by someone being holier than us—we disagree with your premise that she is the holiest non-divine person ever. Those aren’t the same thing, but you pretend they are.

This is in direct opposition to scripture. No one goes to hell because they didn’t have a human sacrificing for them. Everyone who goes to hell, goes to hell for the same reason: they rejected Jesus Christ. And God can draw people to Himself even with no one praying for them.

Not really sure how this sort of blathering by Brian Driscoll will help his lawsuit against the Trump administration. He admits he defied an order while at the same time defending J6 FBI headhunters who were only following orders 🤔
He then claims HE was on the list of 6k or so FBI employees involved in J6 investigations that Emil Bove had demanded.
Driscoll—keep in mind, he was the accidental temp FBI director until Kash was confirmed—laughably insists that he had already looked into potential misconduct by J6 investigators/agents and found nothing.
He had been on the job about a week—so that claim is impossible.

Protestants get mocked on here for pointing out how much the Old Testament foreshadows Jesus, but then a Catholic busts out with this. And this isn’t the only one. I’ve been told multiple times that the Old Testament has Mary all over it. Which one is more important to you?

Jesus and Mary are to be Praised. "The Woman who fears the Lord, She shall be Praised", as Proverbs 31 says. "Her Children", i.e. Faithful Catholic Christians arise and call Her Blessed, Her Husband, and He Praises Her. Her Husband is the Holy Spirit, or St. Joseph. The Woman of Proverbs 31 is the BVM.
