@Protyre took my car to Protyre in Faringdon for a problem with my nsf tyre having a slow puncture. They found no fault. Took to another garage and found the inside of the wheel was bent in 3 places!

My advice....never use @Protyre you can judge a company by how they react when something goes wrong. Sickness cant be helped, but an absolute refusal to help in any way even to the point of refusing to see if another branch could help. Customer service at its worst.

@Protyre Pro Tyre Thetford damaged my TPMS after a tyre change — refused to fix it, over‑tightened my wheel nuts so badly other garages wouldn’t touch it, and treated me and my wife with rudeness and disrespect. Formal complaint in progress.

Hopefully reducing the chance of getting stuck in a field, @GeneralTire AT3s fitted. Greatly improved ride comfort, too. Although the fitters @Protyre managed to fit with the White lettering in the inside, not the outside, so another trip over there next Saturday to waste 2hrs whilst they sort. "Yeah we spotted that on the 3rd tyre". So why not sort before I arrive to collect, rather than make me come back.
