Most countries have better healthcare. Some countries have higher annual income. What exactly is so great about the US?

@CALVIN71496022 @gigahertzguy @vylerria Germany has 96 criminals per 100k population against the 715 per 100k of USA. Infact USA rankes the highest for criminals by percentage in the world. Atleast back in 2003 according to nationmaster, the first result on google.
