We are happy to announce that 3 Psyched workshops will be held in the coming weeks that aim to help attendees build and maintain healthy habits, build resilience at work, and offer support to workplaces looking to promote mental health at work. See below for details ↓

The Psyched Annual Recognition and Celebration evening, which celebrated the hard work done by workplaces to promote mental health in the workplace was kicked off by a great talk on breathwork by Leo Ryan, and a brilliant performance by the St. Finbarr's Staff Choir FinFonics!
