A Canadian launch system out of Nova Scotia on any scale will not be able to compete with a fully reusable system out of the cape like we will have within the next 5 years. Nova Scotia’s latitude is too high, it’s impossible to make a high latitude spaceport efficient, the laws of physics say so.
