@Shawn_Anderson I've wondered if he retires, or if there is some kind of LTIR he could go on. But the show has to go on. Sens need to solidify their crease, which I can't believe has once again become the mantra in Ottawa. It's disappointing when you consider just how good this team has played.

I get Sens fans wanting to run Ullmark out of town. My question to those fans: Who do you expect to play goal for this team moving forward? What pieces are you parting with knowing other GMs see how desperate you are for a goalie?

Team Canada lost the Gold medal for 3 reasons that the Main Stream Media is way too scared to talk about. 1) Florida Panthers players Brad Marchand and Sam Bennet hid major injuries. Or they were known and still went. (Why?) 2) Doug Armstrong hates the Oilers so left the top scoring Canadian Defenceman and Left Winger (Bouchard and Hyman) off the roster. See offer sheet to Oilers players. 3) Doug Armstrong tried to pump the value of his own players (Parayko and Binnington) to trade them at the deadline. See trade rumours all season. When we are ready for these conversations around personal gain and selfishness we will be ready to compete for Gold again as a country.

Thoughts on Pelley presser: 1) they still don’t have a vision. No firm hired, no hierarchy determined. Doesn’t mean they won’t get this right, but they’re winging it right now. 2) Pelley just told the prospective GM’s he doesn’t want to hear about scorched earth rebuild.

@RobWong34 Bring in Brett Peterson or Sunny Mehta from Florida. I wouldn't be to surprised if MLSE gave the teams hockey decisions fully over to the Hunter brothers either with Dale as PoHO and Mark as GM while MLSE handled the business side.

Would love for MLSE to be a little more creative with the GM search than just “give it to Doug Armstrong"

Patrick Laine’s 4-year $34.8 million contract includes a $2 million signing bonus payable annually on March 31, including in the final year (March 31 2026). As a Trump supporter and an investor… I’m not happy right now. Not happy about the war. Not happy about the tweets. Not happy about the uncertainty. Not happy about jumping from one thing to the next. We need some stability. Too many different directions.
