Unless you test positive for drugs during pregnancy or labor. Maybe it's easier for some people through an agency but they make you jump through hoops too.

I've come to accept that most people don't know or care that just because a GIRL is biologically able to conceive does not mean she is physically capable of vaginal delivery like a WOMAN.
