For as much as AJ Brown cares about his individual stats, he should be embarrassed by how he played last season. A terrible season for his standards. Checked out on the team halfway through the year. #Eagles

Great interview w/Dom Rizzo, PM of the T Rowe Global Tech Fund. I jotted down 12 frameworks, mental models & lessons on tech investing in the AI era. 1. The 4-part framework: He looks for: (1) linchpin technologies, (2) innovating in secular growth markets, (3) improving fundamentals, (4) reasonable valuation. 2. Finding great companies is easy - The hard part is spotting improving fundamentals: Anyone can screen for high ROIC or cheap PE. The real edge is having a specific insight about why revenue is about to inflect, before the market sees it. 3. Linchpin > moat: "Moat" implies static defensibility. "Linchpin" asks: are you mission-critical to your customers' success? That's a more dynamic and honest test in a fast-moving world. 4. Have an imagination on valuation: Anthropic was at $5B ARR when Dom invested. Nobody thought it'd hit $20B by March. Valuation math changes fast in tech, you need to model outsized outcomes, not just base cases. 5. Narratives in tech often become reality, and that's not irrational: Talent is elastic and flows to winners. The best people want to work for the hottest companies. Narratives create self-fulfilling cycles. Don't dismiss them. 6. Deteriorating fundamentals is the #1 reason to sell: Not valuation. Not macro. When revenue growth is peaking or decelerating, that's the clearest sell signal. Everything else is noise. 7. 10 names drive all your performance in a given year, it's a power law: Dom went back and checked. Every year he led the fund ~10 positions drove all the relative performance. Accept this and build accordingly. 8. You need enough Mag 7 to keep up, but your alpha can't come from them: If you underweight Apple or Microsoft and they rip, you get crushed on downside capture. Own enough to stay in the game. Find your edge outside those names. 9. We're in inning 4 of AI, and exogenous shocks are the main risk: The bull case is intact. What could end it? A massive spike in energy prices that kills hyperscaler ROIC and consumer spending. Risk-aware ≠ risk-off. 10. Software is at its cheapest vs. semis ever, but for a reason: On every metric (EV/Sales, EV/FCF), software has never been cheaper relative to semis. The catch: AI is creating real terminal value risk for software franchises faster than ever before. 11. Speculative bubbles in productivity tech are features, not bugs: Railroads, electricity, the internet all came with bubbles. When he hears "bubble" he thinks: alpha generation opportunity. 12. OpenAI is going to build one of the greatest ads businesses in history: A billion users. Deep personal knowledge. Down-funnel intent. The idea that they won't monetize that through advertising is, in Dom's words, "really silly."

@TheLongInvest You’re either extremely mentally dense, or antisemitic. Probably both. Critical thinking isn’t your strong suit man. Stick to squiggling patterns on charts and scamming people into your subscriptions.. cuz everyone with REAL alpha definitely sells it online 😂😂🤡🤡

Things that need to be called out because nobody will say it: - Trumps Tariff policy is one of the stupidest economic decisions ever made - Trump is compromised by Israel - Epstein files have forever changed the integrity of political figures - The US is not going to war with Iran for any other reason but to facilitate Israel’s demands to control the region -China will take back Taiwan -Europe is incapable of innovating, defending itself or has any leverage -The Ai sector is in a bubble, it will burst, reset and then boom -$BTC has not bottomed -The US Market will correct this year -SILVER & GOLD went parabolic because China wants to destabilise the USD and make the Yuan the default reserve currency -China will be the next Superpower but the transition will take decades -Crypto has not proven itself as a safe haven -Saylor is not the messiah, he’s winging it like everyone else and is over leveraged -if Punch gets attacked again we should invade Japan and save him.

Jeff Stoutland reportedly grew “frustrated” with his voice not being heard in the #Eagles organization, per @Tim_McManus. “[Nick Sirianni] and OC Kevin Patullo began incorporating different run designs in an effort to kick start the operation. Stoutland was not consulted about the changes to what he felt was an appropriate degree, a league source said, to the point where he no longer desired the title of run game coordinator because he felt it no longer fit his job description. That experience gave him pause about continuing on with the organization.”

I was incredibly critical of Philadelphia’s offensive line during the last season. I criticized Jeff Stoutland for the offensive line’s struggles when many didn’t want to blame him. Now Stoutland is leaving the Eagles as the team shifts towards a new offensive identity in 2026.

Jeff Stoutland has announced he will not be the Eagles offensive line coach next season Some thoughts on the massive news: ** Stoutland should be in the Eagles Hall of Fame one day. He has been that impactful as their offensive line coach during the best stretch in Eagles history. ** The backbone of the Eagles team on the field for years has been their offensive line. Stoutland leaving puts that in danger of not being the case. We saw last year what a bad OLine can do to an offense. ** His replacement will be the most important hire the teams makes this offseason. Sirianni and Mannion have a huge task on their hands in replacing Stoutland. ** You have to wonder what this means for Lane Johnson and his desire to keep playing

Some truths: - Ai Bubble was evident - $PLTR was overvalued at $200 - China was looking to dethrone the Dollar - The US does not need a war against Iran - The US has been manipulated by Israel - Epstein files are a BIG deal(arrests needed) - The FED Chair should not have a Yes man - The Market is not at the start of a Bull Market - $BTC is not a Safe Haven - Silver & Gold going parabolic was a red flag - Ai Capex spending was excessive - $NVDA moved $1T around 5 companies - Wall St did not prepare you for a correction - $ETH has not had a Wave 3 - Europe is still useless.
