🗒 | The South African Government is so evil that when they don't want to take accountability for anything, even their own failures; they push the blame to people who had nothing to do with it just to get citizens killed. These are the same people who went to the ICJ to lie that they were fighting for human rights. They were lying. There is no way you can violate human rights in your OWN country and go say you're "fighting for human rights" elsewhere. It was all a performance to appear as though they respect international law when they actually don't. These are people who violate the POPI Act by leaking citizens information to the media to publish and do deliberate defamation on citizens knowing they are endangering people's lives. They are evil kabi laba and that time they took an OATH to abide by the law, protect citizens and respect the constitution. Yet do the opposite.

⚖️ | Justice Madlanga is very calm and considerate when it comes to witnesses; as he should. When he loses his cool then it means you've really undermined the Commission with your lies that he had to come in, tell you and remind you about the oath you took as a witness.

⚖️ Madlanga Commission | The witness drinks water every 10 minutes [which is not normal] so that he will request to go to the bathroom to relief himself. Does he take his phone with? 📱 Because this will explain why he has to request these numerous breaks. He needs to be careful because the investigators might want to know his phone activities during these breaks.

⚖️ Madlanga Commission | He has this tendency of insulting the interpreter when she is actually very accurate and clear. This could be because the interpreter speaks original IsiZulu and he speaks township, Gauteng IsiZulu. He needs to stop blaming the interpreter because he wants to change his story and then blame the interpreter for not understanding.

@_AfricanSoil Sgt. Nkosi doesn't really need an interpreter hes only abusing that service to buy himself time to cook up his responses. They must keep him on that hot seat for another week.

⚖️ Madlanga Commission | It's the 5th day of Sgt. Nkosi testifying. The longest testimony thus far. 🗂 10 files were prepared just for him alone, because he is the main link between Sibiya, senior police officers, alleged taxi Mafias, Tshwane Metro and SAPS operations. Which makes him a key witness. They've not even dealt with his visit to KT Molefe's house carrying a bag and his text messages with SABC report [Natasha]

⚖️ | When that meeting took place in Durban, Lt. General Mkhwanazi was actually an 'undercover cop', apparently he recorded it. This is where things got messed up for Vusi "Cat" Matlala. An experienced police officer will never block meeting with someone who has information, this is known. Mkhwanazi meeting Cat had nothing to do with him doing favours or striking deals with Matlala but to GET MORE INFORMATION on Sibiya and alleged 'Mafias.' This is why Cat started spilling the beans and singing like a canary 🦜because he became comfortable, thinking Mkhwanazi would stop the PKTT 'harassment' on him and assist with his other SAPS contract payment issues. The reason why Vusi "Cat" Matlala was encouraged by his inner circle to mention this meeting during his appearance before the Ad-Hoc Committee, was to paint Mkhwanazi as a bad guy that meets with criminals and offered money meanwhile Mkhwanazi was actually getting information to understand the dynamics and operations of Sibiya and others. Former police Minister Bheki Cele was not the main organizer of this meeting; Vusi "Cat" Matlala had requested him to set it up. Cele probably got busy and couldn't arrange it. It was HAWKS General Senona that made it happen hence he was also present in the meeting to "facilitate" it and also snitch on his colleagues. Lol! On the other hand Senona was not close with Mkhwanazi, they just didn't gel well because Mkhwanazi already suspected the HAWKS in KZN under Senona were corrupt. Note: The drugs being stolen scandal. Senona wanted to win Mkhwanazi's trust hence he arranged that meeting in Durban. In November last year; Senona pushed for the postponement in the Madlanga Commission to watch what was Vusi "Cat" Matlala going to say about their relations and that Durban meeting. Ey! Ey bakwethu! You have to look deep into these things. 🤭 This is basically the gist of what I believe took place.

@tinyiko07191539 I'm not talking about that... He has been doing this since yesterday. He wasn't complaining about words but the entire interpretation. His explanations are not even clear which is challenging for the interpreter too.

@_AfricanSoil But, the interpreter made a mistake. She interpreted "Ngenhlonipho" as "I apologize." And that was completely changing his statement.

@santa_Xma You can't be this stupid. The reason it has quote marks its to explain exactly that, figuratively...he was doing undercover work. Of course Cat knew who he was...duh?
