@theDWshow @bigfinish Don’t they lose money every day this isn’t working? It’s incomprehensible. It can’t be that hard to just reverse all systems and restore an old version that works

@PullToOpen63 @bigfinish The last update was such a disaster it beggars belief that this update is, too. Are they using the lowest bidder for the work? Someone’s brother’s mate’s cousin? How is this happening?

When @bigfinish said it was updating the website and app a few weeks back I thought, hope it’s not as bad as the last time. And yet somehow, it is! I still can’t download anything in the app, weeks later. Sack your IT team - they clearly have no idea.

Cold War is a ep I've seen 2-3 times, but remember very little about, other than it having 3 Dukes of Edinburgh! So @PullToOpen63 do a very good job of assessing why that is! Also VERY excited for their next ep... a personal fave of mine!

I think the @PullToOpen63 listener ratings for Let's Kill Hitler are fair. Like a lot of Moffat, you either really get it, or you really don't. It's a very niche concept and tone. Also, nice to hear @petepachal & I on the same page on Troughtons with Tomb and Evil!

It's a true punch the air moment AND a sad shake of the head when my timeline is full of people saying some variation of, 'Wow, #MastersOfTheUniverse on Prime was so much fun!' You guys, you could have been watching it a month ago at the cinema. It was so good on the big screen.

Wasn't until I watched Dark Water again recently I realised that this version of the Cybermen theme is just a reuse of the Series 2 version. Crazy to think that RTD era music was being reused in the Capaldi era. Not as wild as Moffat era music being used in RTD2 though.

I know nothing beats the careful, deliberate colorization and upscaling that restoration teams do. But it's amazing how close you can get by simply prompting AI to use professional software
