Privileged to spend the weekend with the team from @forge_london. They threw themselves into a series of challenges designed to help them explore their strengths, deepen connections and sharpen the performance edge.

Mid South Gravel is one bloody incredible race. I raced aggressive, maybe I raced a bit dumb. Front group 90% of day and happy to get my first one ticked off in the States for 2024. @spragg247 used to tell me I didn’t take enough risks. That’s starting to change!!

First trip of the year. En-route to BCN Airport for a 48hr hop to Manchester for a Performance Evening with @PullwoodC.
A KPI of this year is less flights. It means I can spend more time recovering, and training. Also environmental benefits, we’ll see how that one ends up.
