If I see a guy in a suit, I assume he is one of these things:
- A suit salesman.
- A first year financial advisor.
- An associate level attorney.
- Someone going to a wedding.

This is how you compound regulatory problems.
CFA investigating throwaway comments in marketing material. Typically, a slap on the wrist (private reprimand).
You dig in. Don’t hire counsel. Blast CFA on social media. Looking at much worse outcome.

Another update on @CFAinstitute investigating me: Some people thought I was lying about the @CFAinstitute investigating me, so I've attached the email in this one CFAI still doesn't seem to have figured out that #Bitcoin is the best-performing asset of all time How many millions of people have CFA charterholders told NOT to buy Bitcoin? Shouldn't this be considered a red flag? These are supposed to be some of the best investors in the world and they haven't studied something that outperforms everything else they suggest investing in How do you answer these 3 questions without writing an entire book?

Ummm .. just revert to old terms or have ChatGPT rewrite it.
Here is the prompt "We got caught with trying to sneak ownership rights to our users' content. We wanted to use their work to create derivative works.. aka train our AI. Remove that and specify we won't use or own."

@TotallyNotABu20 @sashayanshin stay tuned unfortunately it takes a process to update a TOS, much of which is 10+ years old. but we are working on incorporating these clarifications (in addition to the official statement we made in the blog posted). thanks for the input
