Under Adv Mothibi, we are witnessing unprecedented scenes. ‼️
It was under his watch that a magistrate in Kwaggafontein struck a case off the roll in a haphazard manner then prematurely issued an arrest warrant for the prosecutor, and then yena Mothibi suspended the same prosecutor only to reverse the suspension and lay a complaint against the magistrate: many incidents in one week - a first of its kind. 🤡
It is also under Mothibi's leadership that IDAC appears to be playing Humpty-Dumpty with senior SAPS generals: threatening arrests one moment, only to make a sudden about-turn the next. Again, a first of its kind. 🤡
Will Mothibi rise up to the occassion or will he watch from his towers!

BREAKING NEWS: Sources within the law enforcement agencies claim that the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) had initially planned to arrest Crime intelligence boss, Dumisani Khumalo, today and KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner, Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, tomorrow but there are no specifications as to on what charges. But now it looks like their plan bombed out.

IDAC DISPELS REPORTS ON THE ARREST OF CRIME INTELLIGENCE HEAD
The NPA’s Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) takes note of the media reports on the arrest of the Head of Crime Intelligence General, Dumisani Khumalo.
We wish to set the reocrd straight that General Khumalo has not been arrested nor has anyone else from Crime Intelligence.
