दिल्ली में GRAP-4 हटने के बाद भी 'NO PUCC - NO FUEL' अभियान जारी रहेगा। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि दिल्ली की हर गाड़ी के पास वैध PUCC प्रमाणपत्र हो, क्योंकि वाहन प्रदूषण को नियंत्रित करने का सबसे प्रभावी माध्यम PUCC है। हमें शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं कि कुछ PUCC केंद्र तय मानकों के अनुसार कार्य नहीं कर रहे हैं। इस पर तत्काल निरीक्षण कराए गए, मानकों में लापरवाही बरतने वाले 12 PUCC केंद्रों को निरीक्षण के बाद सस्पेंड कर दिया गया है और अब उन्हें ब्लैकलिस्ट किया जाएगा। बाकि सभी PUCC केंद्रों की भी जांच होगी, जो भी नियमों का पालन नहीं करेगा उन्हें बक्शा नहीं जाएगा और कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी और इसे क्राइम के तौर पर माना जाएगा।
