No one is entirely sure how it came to be but there’s tons of empirical evidence pointing to a theory. Because theist don’t understand it or reject it, isn’t proof of a deity.

@realDavidAndres @TCW_Inc @FordFischer Shall not be infringed says absolutely ZERO in regards to what kind of arms you’re allowed to have! All that means is you’re allowed to bare arms. And Bush could have easily renewed the ban and chose not to, and we’ve have record setting mass shooting ever since.

Shall not be infringed is pretty black and white, clears all that up. Clinton’s ban was unconstitutional under a strict reading of the Second Amendment and Bruen (2022), that’s also why his ban had a sunset and ended in 2004. But, a weakened society bends the knee with promises of safety.

@realDavidAndres @TCW_Inc @FordFischer On that I agree with you. And “shall not be infringed” can’t be changed. But nowhere in the 2A does it stipulate what kind of arms we’re entitled to. The Clinton administration banded assault style rifles in the 90’s and it was 100% constitutional.

@IndyCar Huge crowd for the race today. You don’t see that many people at IndyCar races other than maybe 2 or 3 others. Hope they can do the same next year. I’d still like a new true road track not a street race. Indycar could use a bigger schedule

@realDavidAndres @TCW_Inc @FordFischer You’re clearly not getting the concept of “AMENDMENT” The 2A is an AMENDMENT! Designed to be “amended” Also the constitution has been “amended” 27 times. Therefore there is ZERO argument that can claim it’s “unconstitutional” to “amend” it.

@Punk2Grunge @TCW_Inc @FordFischer The Second Amendment hasn't changed in 234 years, and it's not going to anytime soon. Any law or legislation infringing on it is still unconstitutional.

@milofucktrump @BrittanyinTexas I’ve been following health professionals that all concur he has Frontal Temporal Dementia. It’s not as aggressive as Alzheimers, but he’s definitely declining rapidly. He more than likely won’t be fit to continue as POTUS by the end of 28 and the 12th A will have to be invoked.
