@Feargal_Sharkey @cammaynard went above and beyond, updating people, chasing Thames Water, getting supplies, sourcing alternative locations for collecting bottled water. TW staff worked their socks off to get things fixed, though proper maintenance would have avoided the need.

@Feargal_Sharkey Apparently they are “investigating” & “working hard to reform” the industry, despite the fact that many water companies have already met the criteria for them to prosecute individuals & re-nationalise. Wondering why they are ignoring this!

@Feargal_Sharkey @thameswater didn’t even contact customers about the outage. Details were shared on local social media - which is where we all got our updates from. The repair took from Thursday afternoon to Saturday afternoon. Then for a large number of customers water was cut again. No contact
