@Se_Railway I missed the 11am London bound train this morning from Sittingbourne for two reasons: a near 15 minute ticket queue (which is ridiculous) and your wall clock being 2 minutes slow. Unusably bad service

The Stockwell Street Library lift has once again started speaking Spanish* and the team want to create a Twitter account for it. The front runner in the suggested list of handle names is: El Levator.🤦🏼‍♀️ * don't ask. It's a thing.

"She ruled out... reopening Ebbsfleet and Ashford stops in Kent until the situation at big hubs was resolved." Ridiculous. Opening these would self-evidently relieve pressure on St Pancras *and* sell more seats overall. @eurostar continue to treat Kent with contempt.
