Happy Pollinator Week! 🌼🐝 Long before humans cultivated crops, plants and pollinators were building the eighth wonder of the world: pollination. Today, pollen continues to tell the story of how plants reproduce, evolve and sustain ecosystems, supporting much of the food we eat and helping our environment thrive. Dr. Dieudonne Baributsa has been selected by Purdue’s Global Academic Committee for a 2026 Outstanding Leadership in Globalization Award! The Purdue Improved Crop Storage (PICS) program has expanded access to postharvest storage for farmers across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
