Is it now possible for Police Scotland to re-open the case against Nicola Sturgeon in light of the Murrell conviction?

Nicola Sturgeon says: “That I was fully cleared after a thorough investigation underlines that these are not my crimes.” Was she ‘fully cleared’? Or after a £2 million investigation did the Crown Office decide not to act on Police Scotland’s report for some reason?

Here are some examples of proven cheating in Scottish football: ▪️In 1999, an independent commission and arbitration ruling found that Jim Farry deliberately and negligently delayed the registration of Jorge Cadete. ▪️In 2013, an independent commission found Rangers guilty of failing to fully disclose side letters regarding player payments between 2000 and 2011. You can dispute and debate decisions made by officials, but anyone who is accusing Celtic of cheating is using these unfounded and frankly bizarre claims as a deflection tactic. Instead of accepting your own club’s failings, you feel more comfortable playing the victim by projecting previous wrongdoings by other clubs in an effort to discredit Celtic’s success. No one of a sound mind is buying it.

Peter Murrell pleading guilty not only protects Nicola and the SNP but also hides the questions that remain about the £600 000 indy ref fund that was never ring fenced and seems to have vanished into the general SNP funding. That seems to have happen with no relationships to Peter Murrell embezzling money. There are 2 separate actions, the misuse of the indy ref fund and the embezzlement. Maybe we will get more information when more details emerge.
