@Purina No point. Your head office has made it very clear they have little to no knowledge of your product and don't really care about customer concerns. Therefore we are stopping spending our $100+ a month on your product and switching to a different brand.

@BlendToBalance @Purina I emailed Purina about their product for cats. My cat's been eating their product for about a year and a half now. Their response had nothing to do with my inquiry. I asked them a second time and they didn't answer. This tells me they don't know anything about their own product.

@AsherHouseORG My 13 year old TOOTHLESS maltese eats fresh cooked meat every day, mostly chicken, but I supplement with @Purina moist and meaty. It's soft enough for him to gum. He refuses any other dog foods especially purés or canned wet.

We are switching up our dog food and I’d love to know what you feed your dogs and what you recommend. Cooking for all of them is not an option 😂 Please tag the dog brand you use so that I can research them. Thanks for your help, I’ll be reading the comments! 🐶❤️❤️

@Purina Glad I called purina. Because you dont acknowledged what i say here, you ignored me, by the way, my dog died! He had a bad allergy to your product! Do you have any warnings on any of your products about possible Severe allergies?

@Purina, what happened to the Beneful Hugs? They aren't that gorgeous brown anymore. They are a weird, almost golden color, but have lost the crunch!!😢😢

@Purina @AmazonHelp why have the 2 of the last 3 bags of dog food I’ve bought had worms, bugs & white stuff on the food? Chicken & rice formula, 40 lb bag. Needless to say, we won’t be buying this anymore. Just horrible.

@Purina That’s weird because on the back of the packaging it still states there is dyes in the product.

@TuckerPoodleMA @MalCan4401 Purina Pro Plan Bright Minds formula has proven to help cognitive function in older dogs. I am a retiree from Purina, but also have personal experience with success from this food with one of our older pups. @Purina can you provide some insight?

My baby girl has been diagnosed with doggy dementia. Anyone experience this with their fur babies? Right now its early stages, she looses her vision for short periods of times, seems a little delirious and lost, and sometimes scared like she doesnt know who I am and has these little jerky, twitchy movements. Ive never dealt with this before and the vet pretty much just told me to watch her, that she could have weeks to years left...I dont know what to do with that 😥🥺

@daahiell Hi, Tom. Each individual retailer chooses whether or not to accept our coupons. We recommend prioritizing using them at pet specialty stores, such at PetsMart or PetCo. We hope this helps and we're happy to answer anything else.
