just curious how umg getting a canada warehouse back has resulted in more expensive shipping rates…shouldn’t domestic shipping be cheaper ?? i’d rather deal with border delays than almost double the shipping cost 🫠

@PurolatorInc gave me $250 for 2 non deliveries when home. Gift card once again not buzzed or delivered and now have to go to airport to pick up card. Maybe they will send me another $250. Love the irony. @petermansbridge @bruceanderson

how many times can one package arrive at a @PurolatorHelp sort facility? Not an efficient process by the looks of it and the likely cause of delays.

@GaiaResearchMB Anything being processed at the Winnipeg facility may be delayed due to high volume. The shipment should be out for delivery tomorrow. If there is no updated scan after 11AM tomorrow morning, contact us here, and we will have a tracing specialist verify this further for you. 1/2

Usual spring shipping headaches. 15 box shipment with overnight service from SK last Thurs via @PurolatorHelp @PurolatorInc. 14 arrived the next day. One box still hasn't arrived in Manitoba. Tried an online chat, was told "delays happen". 15 identical boxes, same labels. 🤔

@PurolatorHelp I clearly confirmed I would pick it up. Now status shows “out for delivery” again without my request. The driver will likely repeat the same behavior, and the package will go back to the facility again, making it useless for me. Completely unacceptable service, after paying extra

@PurolatorHelp Worst delivery experience ever with Purolator. I paid extra for expedited delivery (expected Apr 21), but the driver came on Apr 22 and didn’t even attempt to reach my unit—no knock, no doorbell, no call. (1/3)

@PurolatorHelp @PurolatorHelp Instead, they left a missed delivery notice outside the main building door, which makes no sense. My family was home the entire time, but the driver never came to the unit. I spent minutes with customer support to escalate this as I have a flight on Apr 23. (2/3)

@PurolatorHelp I find this very funny. They’ll respond just not take any responsibility for their mistakes and see no issue with their actions. A shipping company you cannot rely on, who will take months to deliver a small package!

@PurolatorInc @PurolatorHelp In one phone call. You can tell Purolator is owned by Canada Post. Employees are interchangeable! Management cant be much better. No reliable business would use this courier.
