@SOTOMERCS After a bunch of googling, it seems that I might have had an old Ultimate Plan. Idk. I upgraded to Premium for now and its cheaper so I guess that's OK.

@Purpl0704 I work at Xfinity and just helped someone with same issue. Call in and they can do an account refresh. The channel popped up working after that

@SOTOMERCS Yea it keeps telling me there is an error on channel 202 and when I go to upgrade my package, my app says my current plan is the Ultimate so I'm confused.
