@aihtheory Thats good to know. Ive been buying the more expensive kalona grass fed 2% cottage cheese. But if you say the ‘good brand’ variant has that low PUFA then I might save some $ and go back to that.

@PurxFilms Not perfect. But low fat cottage cheese has very little PUFA like < 0.1 ~ .2 g by my estimate.
