Pipe It, the UE Pipe Plugin is finally 1.0 ready and coming out to @fab in a few weeks!
It's been a fun 6 months journey taking this simple idea and transforming it into a complete tool meant to make pipes easy and fun. UX is such an unseen beast and it renewed my respect to #UX designers across the world.
Here's a small video of the tool working in Unreal 5.7.4, drawing pipes like never before :D.

in my experience this is quite true but its also context-driven. skill can be learnt by anyone but unless you yourself are interested in said things that the hours can actually be quality hours otherwise its just junk hours. progression aint linear for everyone

For 3D students: Most I’ve met simply aren’t doing the hours needed to get into the industry. Studying only 10:00-16:00 every day won’t cut it - particularly since only a portion of the day is spent on actual work.

I get a lot of questions on how many meshes you can safely blend using MeshBlend.
The short answer, as many as you like!👀
At its core MeshBlend is a shader and it scales with the internal render resolution. Running a 4090 at 2560x1440 gives me 0.07-0.09 ms per frame on the low quality preset. Which I feel is pretty damn good!
Balancing quality and performance has always been my main goal. Targeting ~0.2-0.4 ms on a PS5 while delivering a quality acceptable for AAA projects.
It's a never ending battle. Always chasing any 0.01 ms I can shave off!🥳
