Help keep the Thames clean! Use the bin – not the gutter, not the river, not the pavement. If you see some litter and you’re near a bin – pick it up. If the bin is full, find another one or take your litter home.

Pictures taken from Balham’s recycling centre today. The bins are at full capacity and there isn’t enough room for all recycling materials. The centre is just one of three public recycling points for general waste in Wandsworth and these pictures prove that more are required.
