Day 17 from seed. In the bucket 7 days. Normally I fully saturate, then wait for dryback—especially going solo cup → 5g (could be ~1 week). Not this time. I’ve been feeding 24oz daily with ~8oz runoff at 3 EC + H2O2 today. Heavy bucket, but flushing to keep it fresh. Tinkering

I won’t argue with you there because I’ve only had a few runs with these LEDs and it’s definitely something I’m trying to get to the bottom of. But there is a lot of variables involved so kind of covering them one by one. Five crops have been coming out fire but just not as loud as I would want them to. Its not like they came out terrible just not as loud as I’m used to.

HPS will always be king for me. After years of LED, I went back to CMH and HPS.

FUCK IT I’M GOING AMD! 9070 XT HERE I COME!! 🔥 I originally wanted to save up for a 4090 or even a 5090… but bro I can’t 😭 that’s rich people territory O_O I’ll be more than happy with the 9070 XT and it even comes with Crimson Desert lol From what I’ve seen, it should be more than enough for 4K editing and some gaming, which I’m hyped about because I barely get to game right now with my current GPU… a GTX 960 💀 yeah I know… O_O Everything else in my rig is upgraded except that, so this is gonna make editing way smoother. At that point the only thing I’m missing is a better monitor. Honestly, I recommend this card right now. It’s sitting around $700 on Amazon, and I have a feeling GPU prices are gonna go up if things get worse globally O_O looking at you iran... O_o big upgrade time 😈

@NORCAL_icmag @LegacyGrower That's just because u know how to work hps. Led spectrums are wider then hps,they have no bad effect on the plant that would cause terpene decline. I have loud loud terps with led, my hps grows in the past were always a struggle with the heat due to space limitations

I’ve been thinking about making the switch because CMH and HPS were all I knew. Ended up downsizing and just went with LEDs recently instead and I’m happy with the results but I feel like my terps are lacking and I can’t figure it out. I just always liked my results with hps or CMH even better mixed. So yeah, I might be making the move soon myself.

@nova2cotton Completely strain dependent. I had photos that gobbled up 3.2EC (canna) And others that show burn at 1.6EC Autos. In general,can tolerate higher ECs

You all probably have more experience than me when it comes to growing, so I wanted to ask 👀 What’s the max EC you’ll run during peak flower, assuming everything is fully dialed in? And is it different for autos vs photos? This part always feels kinda iffy to me O_o like there’s no clear answer because everything varies. I always thought around 2.5 EC max, then just increase watering frequency… but I’ve got friends who do the complete opposite 🤷 Curious what you guys are running O_O let me know down below 💬 Keep on growing O_O
