@LNER good morning on hot stressful day i just had my direct train from Reading to Newcastle cancelled so im now on the 12 to Newcastle from Kings Cross is there anyway i can get a reservation on this train at this late notice as i dont want to have to stand up in this heat

A coffee and then 2 hours later i get offered somthing else. Its not great for a first class experience.

Finally at 14.09 im offered crisps cake and a diet coke why have i had to wait this long for the first class experience.

@CrossCountryUK 11.45 Reading to York First-class is disappointing. Not worth the up grade although all the staff are very friendly.
