@LarryJones No, the service charge is the tip that’s the only way they are legally allowed to add a tip to the bill. A business cannot charge you a tip legally without labeling it as surcharge or service charge.

If your bill comes with a service charge, do you still tip on top of that?

This woman’s little brother came home and after a few moments, he reveals he had $200 in cash. His friend Rj who is around the same age as him gave it to him. She’s thinks it was a mistake and keeps asking him how he got the money and how the friend got the money. If your kid came home with some hundred dollar bills would you have thought that he took it or whoever gave it to him took it from their parents, would you make him return it?
