The idea of a dialogue skip feature for Borderlands 4 got shot down months ago, but I hope they reconsider. I was told that missions can break from skipping dialogue, but I ran a dialogue skip mod for a whole playthrough and had nothing break. It's possible.

Ok rebooted the game and it’s working. Actually runs well considering. It’s not perfect but I’m honestly amazed it runs at all on Steam Deck

Big thank you to all of the people who suggested names for my animal cruelty focused frog game I have settled on "Frog Kick Deluxe" As a middle ground for such a touchy subject, I have also added a button you can press in the game to report it to @PETA so they can shut it down
