@StagecoachSE nice of the driver of this 16 to fail to give way to the right on the roundabout at the end of New Dover Road
English

@KentHighways You say "closed" a lot of people just driving around the barriers
English

Canterbury, St. Stephens Road: Is closed until 18th May near the level crossing due to emergency repairs to a gas leak by SGN. Please use an alternative route.: moorl.uk/?1062643
English

@KentHighways @NetworkRailSE @Se_Railway And the shit show of road closures! Poor kids taking gcses constantly late to school
English

Sturry, A28 Sturry Hill/Island Road. Delays in the area due to an issue at Sturry level crossing.
@NetworkRailSE attending. Approach with caution: moorl.uk/?1d8s5ex @Se_Railway
English

⚠️ UPDATE: Response staff are on site at #Sturry and investigating the issue with the level crossing.
English

⚠️ NEW: Because of a fault with barriers at a level crossing at #Sturry, services running between Ramsgate and Canterbury West may be delayed by up to 15 minutes. More to follow.
English

@Se_Railway Yeah it's one of the Down line side barriers that's stuck up. Plus side for me is I managed to get the earlier train as it was so late
English

@Pyrothesis1 Hi, apologies for the delayed response - there has been a reduced service between Canterbury and Ashford, and we are getting ready to re-open the line by around 09:30 ^KJ
English

⚠️NEW: Urgent repairs to the railway:
🚌Buses replace trains between Ramsgate and #CanterburyWest until approximately 11:00.

@Se_Railway Can I still go from CBW to AFK? Otherwise I'll drive instead
English

@KentHighways @sewateruk Oh deep joy, this will help all the traffic that is currently backing up due to not being able to use Broad Oak.
English

Sturry, A291 Canterbury Road. Temporary traffic lights until 12th May near Hicks Forstal Road junction for @sewateruk main repair works. Expect delays in the area: moorl.uk/?1hw64th
English

@sewateruk Within the closure of Shalloak Road . The best part is, you're not even working on the section we actually want fixed, which is between the level crossing and Vauxhall Road that's been leaking for years and you keep failing to fix
English

@Pyrothesis1 We will notify customer if their water is due to be turned off for a period of time due to the works, as asked previously, if you can provide your account number or full address by DM I can investigate when this may be in relation to your own property.
Thank you,
Paige
English

@sewateruk you sent us a notice that you were turning the water off yesterday as part of the 4 month work in Broad Oak, and then failed to do so. Will you be sending out a new notice of when you're going to now do this? Thus showing how slowly you're doing this work FFS
English

@sewateruk As they're representing you, then you should set some level of expected work hours.
English

@Pyrothesis1 Good morning,
Working hours are set by the sub contractors themselves and not by SEW so we would not pass any comment on this.

@Pyrothesis1 Hi, there is currently no ongoing major disruptions on our network - could I please ask which train the alert was issued for please? ^KJ
English

@Se_Railway just had a notification that there's disruption to my train home but it's not saying what the disruption is on the app, is it likely to still be a problem for the 15:57 AFK to STU?
English

@sewateruk U-Huh, so there's no reason why they can't work longer then they are. Not liaising with CCC that well as the people in closure didn't get their bins emptied. And you haven't said if you'll put out another notice of water stoppage
English

@Pyrothesis1 The schedule also allows us time to carefully coordinate with local councils for road permits, safely navigate around other underground utilities, and make sure the local wildlife and environment are fully protected while we work.
Thank you,
Paige
English

@sewateruk I'd rather you publicly explain why this work is being done so slowly. They're not there after 16:00, sundown is after 20:00 so that's 3 hours at least each day not being utilised.
English

@Pyrothesis1 Good morning,
If you could please DM us your account number or full address, I can give you an update on the works in relation to your property's supply.
Thank you,
Paige

@Pyrothesis1 Hi, if you mean the ones around our metro area, there are plans to replace the "Networkers" which have the 3+2 seating. There are no current plans to replace the 3+2 on the mainline at this stage - spkl.io/6013A7uXJ ^KJ
English

@Se_Railway is there any plans to get rid of the 3 by 2 seat configuration carriages? It's such a pain moving down through a 12 car train when you can only board the front 4
