The product of Benjamin Russell High School (AL) is regarded as the #4 quarterback in the country by Rivals’ industry rankings. He is listed at 6-foot-3, 190 pounds. In the past two seasons, Preyear has thrown for 4,813 yards and 54 touchdowns to just seven interceptions. He also rushed for almost 600 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
